– Monday to Saturday

Lunch :12pm to 3pm

Dinner : 6pm to 10pm

– Sunday (Closed)

(Reservation can only be made up to 60 days in advance)

RESTAURANT POLICY

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  1. Deposit and credit card information is required for all reservation.
  2. $50 per diner except for Hatsu Bar menu.
  3. Deposit will be forfeited in the event of any modifications or cancellations received 72 hours or no-show prior to the reserved date. Deposit is only an authorization hold; no charge will be made to your card unless in the event of no-show or late cancellation.
  4. Child under 9 years old are not allow unless they are well behaved and won’t affect other guest.

Corkage

  1. Corkage is $50 (750ml below) per bottle for wine, sake and shochu.
  2. Corkage is $80 (750ml above) per bottle for wine, sake and shochu.
  3. “One-for-One” Corkage Waiver Policy- For every bottle of sake or wine ordered from our beverage list, corkage fee for the equivalent number of bottles will be waived.

Dietary & Special Request

  1. As raw fish is a key ingredient in each meal served at Hatsu, we apologize in advance that we are unable to accommodate vegan/ vegetarian, non-seafood and gluten free requests.
  2. Each person must order at least ONE Omakase(except express lunch and bar menu diner).
  3. If you have any food allergies or special request, kindly indicate in the “Massage to restaurant”.
  4. Arrangement for celebration occasions, kindly indicate in the ” Massage to restaurant “.
  5. Special requests may not be guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion.
